SURFING

Surfing was Peter. He worked to support surfing. He travelled to surf. He bought a vehicle to get to the surf. While he was a talented footballer that was soon forgotten when the surfing bug bit. I'm hoping family and friends will provide images and anecdotes to fill this page with the stories of Peter and the surf.

FIRST LOVES

Peter and Julie met through surfing and married at St. Phillips church in Waratah. Their time together was relatively short and the breakup left Peter wanting to get out of his home town. Conveniently Peter's work provided the opportunity to do that and Maclean became his new home. A new Marriage to Ruth and the arrival of Tamryn and Leigh led to changes but travel and surfing were still the core.

Though Peter and Ruth parted Peter stayed on in his home by the river. He met Sandy and her children and continued his work with Telstra.
